Here at Clearview Satellites we consider your money and time a valuable commodity to you, and in turn, the advice we offer you on the various equipment that you may require, and on installation cost is always structured to minimise your expense as much as possible, but to retain the high quality assurance and satisfaction that you as the customer, expect and deserve.

We offer complete installations of Analogue and Digital Fixed Satellite Dishes, Motorised Satellite Dishes, Television Aerials, Freeview Aerials, Radio Aerials and almost any other type of aerial including CB Radio. We will also carry out repair work and relocation to existing Dish or Aerial equipment as per our customers requirements, including removing your dish from your old dwelling and reinstalling at your new location.

Being small, we provide advice on a "one to one" basis in direct response to our customers questions, hence there is never the hassle of being shunted around from dept to dept, or being left on hold whenever you call us, and even if you should reach our voicemail, we will contact you back as soon as we can. Further to that our advice is completely unbiased, simply because we do not supply satellite systems or any special aerial systems, except by special pre-arranged circumstance, thus we have nothing to gain by attempting to influence your decision. The only gain is your satisfaction and peace of mind!

In the case of a standard aerial installation, we do supply a TV or Radio aerial to the specifications discussed with the customer, and well suited to the conditions. The cost of the aerial would be included in the price we estimate. So again there are no hidden costs, and in fact there is often a saving, because the aerials we supply are purchased from direct sources, and not from normal retail outlets that you would find in the high street. This also means we have much more control and choice over the quality and type of aerial, and that alone is often all we need for the perfect receiving results that you desire.

Everything you purchase is decided on by you and purchased from the supplier of your choice. We will simply advise you based on your location and the type of channels or transmitted signals that you wish to receive along with the best types of fixtures you should use to obtain a long lasting installation with the minimum amount of service required.

As this is an installation service we offer, and NOT SALES we never try to corner people into buying a specific given product. After all it would be no more difficult or time consuming for us to fit a 40cm dish, or a 60cm dish than it would to fit an 80cm dish. In fact, the smaller dishes can be much more of an irritation to install because the signal quality is dependent on the dish size and accuracy in positioning it, thus being small, the fine tuning is far more critical.

In most circumstances installation costs are preset based on the type of equipment being installed, and the only additional expenses you may have would be for extra long lengths of the high quality cable we supply (charged for by the meter), and any additional fittings such as mounting brackets that we may need to supply to carry out the installation correctly. We would advise you if any additional cost exists prior to beginning the work.

There are never hidden costs, and a firm quotation can be obtained for a small fee, should you require one for insurance purposes etc, prior to any work being carried out. See Below

We do have a call out charge if a visit is required for just a general site inspection. In some cases, that charge can be deducted from the final

invoice, if we are contracted to carry out the work in question.

This charge covers our costs and time, so that we can remain competitive.

Currently the call out charge within our area is £12.00

For an additional £8.00 we can if required, provide you with a firm

written quotation for insurance purposes valid for 30 days.

For general installations, we can usually offer an estimated price

over the phone or via email, based on details you supply, and

provided the details supplied are accurate, our estimated installation

would also be very close, if not exact, to what we stated.

Our guarantee specifically relates to the quality of our installation and the security of the fixtures and fittings which we supply in accordance to the customers requirements, but

Should the customer or another person other than ourselves make physical changes to our original installation, such as adding other LNB's, mountings or modifications to the alignment of the satellite dish or aerial, the guarantee will become void.

Finally, any customer who requests an installation in such a place that we have advised against due to obvious dangers, and / or the likelihood of presenting problems either during or after installation, including building damage such as Flat Roof Fixings, Weak or Unstable walling etc.

That customer waives any right to our guarantee and accepts the "FULL" responsibility of all and any damage or problems that may arise as a result of their instruction.
